Today was all about the rings.
Would you believe my guy wants black titanium ring with white gold inlay? Something certainly unusual, but he was non-compromising on this one. We went to the NBC Tent's Weddings and Beyond fair, which was pretty disappointing since
(1) he found out most local jewelers don't carry black titanium rings
(2) the fair mostly had caterers and photographers
(3) he didn't find a tailor that could make him a suit.
"Mukhang pamburol, " he said of the only vendor carrying a barong.
We were in and out for just about an hour. Titanium rings apparently abound in HK. Well, goodluck to us in finding the rings that we want.
The good thing is, he finally bought me an engagement ring.

Amazon has some really nice ones. Carbon fiber and titanium look good.
