Boundless Energy
Jump around, I watch as Ysa and Miguel jump around my couch,my bed, our house in Sta mesa,at the park,at the cemetery. Eden's kids have boundless energies. As I gaze at the family left by Uncle Benjie, who passed away at an early age of 55, I realized all of us will die. What significance this picture of death, mourning and the now gave me is that it made me want to simplify my life. If it meant being accepting, I surrender. I keep searching, looking for that perfect match in work, in interests, as activity partners. It keeps me alive and youthful, but at the same time I tell myself to listen to the solitude and rest for a while.
