Ming Tsai Fever

Nothing much has been happening with my summer, which is rained over. It's a long weekend and we're counting on the sunny skies to make the 6-hour drive to Zambales worth it, but it's pouring today. Goodluck to the sales targets!

This Tuesday, though we drove over to the Mall of Asia for an exclusive invite to Unilever's event, a cooking demo by Chef Ming Tsai.















I brought my team along. Here I am sharing a plate prepared by Chef Ming Tsai called Hoisin-marinated Duck with Napa Slaw and Sweet Potato Risotto.







And finally, an autograph moment. Chef Ming Tsai is charming and really is kind. He loved our chicharon, sisig, bangus and lechon.
